click below to print out a registration form and bring it to the
church office during regular hours.

REGISTER FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR
The M/W/F 8:30-11 and 9:30-2:00 classes are full,
but there are still openings in the other classes.

What time will we depart? (2010-2011)

FOR CHILDREN WHO WILL BE 3 YEARS OLD BY 9/1/10
T/TH 9:00 a.m.-11 a.m. ($60/month)
**T/Th 10 a.m.-12 p.m. ($60/month)
** only offered if the 9-11 a.m. class is full and there are a minimum of 8 children who enroll.

FOR CHILDREN WHO WILL BE 4 YEARS OLD BY 9/1/10
MON/WED/FRI 8:30 a.m.-11 a.m. ($85/month)
MON/WED/FRI 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. ($110/month) extended day option
**M/W/F 12 p.m.-2:30 p.m. ($85/month)
** only offered if the 8:30-11 a.m. class is full and there are a minimum of 8 children who enroll.

Below is a sample schedule of the day’s activities.
Sequence of events may be modified.
The amount of time for each activity will be adjusted
for the younger classes which are shorter in length.
Daily Activity Schedule
45 min Free Play - Centers, Blocks, Book Nook, Small Motor
30 min

Circle Time - Songs, Bible, Finger Plays, Sharing, etc.
20 min Creative Work/Arts & Crafts
10 min Restroom Break
15 min Snack
10 min Story Time
20 min Large Muscle - Outdoor Play - Dismissal
 

Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) - $30.00

Creation Station Preschool has been a ministry of the Jefferson Brethren Church since 1996.
It is the desire of the church for Christ’s love to be shared with the children in a natural learning situation.

The early years are very important!  We are committed to providing developmentally appropriate approaches for your child’s education. 

We want learning to be fun!  The overall goal for our preschool is to provide a motivated learning
atmosphere which emphasizes Christian living through social play in the areas of sharing, self-esteem, and motor skills.

We do offer tuition assistance if we have funds available.  It is awarded based on financial need.  Please notify the teacher or a board member if you need a tuition assistance application.
